About this website:
This is the website for Scott and Serena Von Ruden, and our daughter Odessa. This is second version of vonrudens.com The original was set up to stay in touch with our family and friends while we were thousands of miles away, in Alaska. Now the site serves a different purpose.
We don't have an exaggerated sense of self importance. We understand that there aren't many people who come to this webpage. We just aren't that popular. However, this site is as much for our own purposes as it is an easy way to share baby pictures. As in, the things we record here will help us to keep our own memories together as the years go by.
About Serena:
I work part-time as an RN in a cardiothoracic surgical unit while attending pharmacy school full-time. I try to spend the rest of my free time with my husband and daughter.

About Odessa:
Born on October 19, 2006. She is noisy and fun. She enjoys reading, dancing, yelling, and slipping on ice. Email her, she'll respond in a few years when she can read.

I find it difficult to write about myself without sounding awfully conceited. Granted, I am pretty awesome. Still it seems that when I try to write about myself I always find that what I wrote is pretty annoying. In brief, I'm 27 years old, a college dropout, and I am in love with my wife, daughter, and many natural things like glaciers and aurora. E-mail me if you want.
